The StarVet Instant Savings Plan is hosted by our Veterinary Centers and is NOT pet insurance.
TheStarVet Instant Savings Plan is NOT redeemable outside the Veterinary Centers locations.
The StarVet Instant Savings Plan may be applied to both locations as long as membership is current.
The membership fee is due, in full, at the time of enrollment for each pet enrolled into the StarVet Instant Savings Plan. A discount may apply to additional pet(s) enrolled under one client record.
Annual Membership Fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for enrollment fees.
The StarVet Instant Savings Plan is good for 1 full calendar year. (The date of purchase through same date the following year)
The StarVet Instant Savings Plan inclusions and discounts only apply to the specific pet enrolled in the plan.
Expiration/Re-Enrollment:
Your StarVet Instant Savings Plan is set to expire on the exact month and date that it was purchased the year prior. You will receive a reminder regarding the expiration via your pet’s wellness reminders. At the time of the expiration of the StarVet Instant Savings Plan – You have the option to re enroll your pet. Automatic re-enrollment is not an option at this time. Membership fees are subject to change.
The StarVet Instant Savings Plan inclusions are not redeemable for cash nor may they be substituted for other services. Inclusions on the StarVet Instant Savings Plan do not carry over if unused after the plan has expired.
All services and products fulfilled while in the plan are due, in full, at the time they are rendered.
In order to complete enrollment into StarVet Instant Savings Plan, clients must pay the membership fee in full at the time of purchase and sign a contract stating they understand the terms, conditions and exclusions included in their plan.
