Sedation Protocols:

Pre- Sedation Assessments: Performed prior to surgical or dental procedures. Our team will confirm the specifics of surgery/dental, complete a full physical exam, review blood work results to determine anesthesia – related complications and take time to ensure you are comfortable with the decision to move forward.

Suites: Our surgical and dental area as well as the instruments used during the procedure are sterile to prevent cross contamination. Our doctors and technicians are fully gowned, gloved and masked when performing your pets surgery or dental procedure.

Procedure & Recovery: A dedicated technician will be assisting the veterinarian and monitoring your pet prior, during and after the procedure. Once complete, post-operative monitoring and pain management is the top priority. The technician will contact you once the pet is resting comfortably and provide you with an update on their condition. A scheduled discharge time will be confirmed during this phone call. At discharge the technicians will review at Home Care Instructions and address any further questions you may have
