Prescription Policy:
In compliance with federal laws, all pets must be examined within 12 months to have medications and RX food prescribed or refilled. Some medications may require the pet be examined every 6 months and undergo diagnostics testing. Dispensed medications and preventatives can not be returned. For refills: please allow 24 hours after request is received.
3rd Party Online Pharmacies:
While we encourage our clients to purchase trusted products from our online pharmacy we understand you may want to purchase elsewhere. In order for a prescription to be approved, we do require a Waiver of Liability for an Outside Pharmacy be signed.
Please Note: The authorization or declining of an outside prescription request may take up to 72 hours after the proper prescription is received by our staff.
