Appointment Policy:

In order to allow ample time for appointments and surgical procedures we ask that you call ahead to schedule an appointment. We always try our best to see our appointments in a timely manner. If you are unable to keep an appointment, kindly contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment so we are able to offer that appointment to another patient in need.

(Please Note: Urgent Care patients will receive top priority in which case a delay may be inevitable.)

Day Admission Policy:

For your convenience we offer Day Admission appointments. This allows you to bring in your pet at a time that works better for you and leave them with us until the doctor is available to do an exam. Once the doctor examines your pet, we will give you a call to discuss exam findings, recommendations and a treatment plan. A discharge time will also be scheduled. Please allow 10-15 minutes for your scheduled discharge so we may discuss any follow up or go home instructions.

Urgent Care:

Urgent Care appointments will always receive top priority in our practice. Should your pet need to be seen for an Urgent Care appointment please call ahead. This ensures our staff is prepared for your pet’s arrival.

Late Policy:

We understand everyone’s time is valuable and try to avoid delays in appointment times as much as possible. We ask that you please be on time for your appointment so we can keep our schedule running as smooth as possible. If for some reason you are going to be running late we ask you please call our practice. Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late may be asked to be rescheduled.

Patient Arrival Policy:

For your safety, the safety of other clients and the safety of your pet – please make sure your pet is properly restrained- either on a leash or in a carrier while in the parking lot, lobby and exam room.
